90 Minutes Fixing Your Hips. Hallelujah.

Know your flexibility is holding you back?

Hammies always cooked and hips always tight?

This session will be a deep dive into mobility & flexibility of the lower body.

What we’ll explore this session:

  • Introduction to Plyos, Jumps & Landings.

  • Structure & function of glutes, hammies, hip flexors @ calves to stretch more effectively.

  • Why stretching doesn’t carry over to sport and how we can fix that.

  • Basic strength training principles for gym & beyond.

PROVIDED ON CONCLUSION:

  • Program: 10 Minute Lower Mobility + Full Video Breakdowns.

Once upon a time we’d play and explore our limits, curious about what we’re capable of, because we could.

Then it became intense.

Sports, aesthetics & injuries have slowly stolen the magic of what it means to move carefree, because we can.

So instead of serious, we chose to make it fun.

This isn’t naive optimism, we’ve spent years helping people overcome and expand their limitations, in mind & body.
